 CBR150 problem

I own a 2007 Honda CBR150R. The problem is that the clutch sometimes slips gears and the bike doesn't feel peppy at low revs. Also, above 4000rpm the engine feels noisy and rough especially while riding on highways.

Is it possible to alter the gearing to make the bike run at lower revs? Would changing the sprockets make it smoother? What effect will this have on efficiency and acceleration? I had read that some other comparable bikes have taller ratios. How is this beneficial?

Gearing is dependent on your sprockets. Put in a rear sprocket with one or two teeth less and your bike will feel smoother since your gear ratios become taller. The benefits of taller gear ratios are slight increase in average and top speed of the Honda CBR 150, with a slight drop in initial acceleration.

If you live in a mountain region of Thailand you maybe want to stay with stock sprocket.
