Hi Ben,

You are in luck we have the Lifan LF200GY-5 owner manual in English, you can download it from Lifan LF200GY-5 English Manual The Lifan LF200GY-5 is also called Lifan Cross 200 in Thailand... but the manual stays the same.

Hello, I have bought a used Lifan Sphinx 200, which came without a user manual. My question is can I use the LF200GY-5 manual for my motorcycle?

The Lifan Sphinx 200 is official the LF200GY-3, and yes for a good amount you can use the LF200GY-5 manual. I believe that the Lifan Sphinx 200 (LF200GY-3) use the same 200cc Lifan 163FML-2 engine. The same applies for the Lifan Huntaway 200 (which is the LF200GY-2).

The Lifan X-PLORE 200M is still a LF200GY-5 model, it has a different rim size and other tires, so information regarding recommended tire pressure you should read from the tires themselves.

For the rest of the Lifan X-PLORE 200M you can use the Lifan LF200GY-5 Owner's manual, and the Lifan LF200GY-5 parts catalog.

Hereby the mounting specifications of the Lifan 163FML-2 engine, I marked the mounting points green. If you want to use a Lifan engine for your Sa-Leng, you better contact Lifan Bangkok because they sell the 163FML-2 engines seperate.

You maybe also interested in the Lifan 163FML-2 engine parts catalog, which you can download here: Lifan 163FML-2 Engine Parts Catalog in English

Hello Khun Bird,

If you going to install the Lifan 163FML-2 engine into your Sa-Leng, you probably can use the engine wiring diagram for the Lifan 163FML-2 (200cc) engine.

You can download the Lifan 163FML-2 Wiring Diagram here: Lifan 163FML-2 Engine Wire Diagram

Thanks for the parts catalog.....but where can I order parts from. I've looked on the Lifan site and there is no way to order parts.

Anybody know where I can order parts online (or otherwise)? I'm in Pattaya.

Thanks,

Ryan

In Thailand we never see anybody selling online parts for the Lifan LF200GY-5. You can contact Lifan Thailand by telephone 02-8945-940 or 02-894-5941 (probably you need somebody who speaks Thai to get connected with a English speaking person).

or visit them at : 73, 75, 77, 79 Soi Rama 2 Soi 30 Road Rama2 Bangmod Chomthong Bangkok 10150

Thanks,
I've found some other "agents" as well. They are on the Lifan Thailand website....here

http://www.lifanthailand.com/agent.html

I'll call them and see if I can sort something out!
