Hello,
can anyone recommend a bike rental shop in Chiang Mai that does not rip you off?
Cheers

I've tried many over the years and Bikey always provides well-maintained rentals at a very reasonable price. Very decent people at both locations.
One of my guests smashed up one of their scooters in July of 2012 and I was frankly amazed at how little Bikey assessed us for repairs. Very fair.
The main location is over by the university. It's been a year since I've been to LOS, so check them out.

Try Red Ride. I have had trouble with a not well maintained bike (KSR) from Bikky Hard starting, low tire pressure, loose chain
Red Ride is near the airport but will deliver to your Hotel, home, condo, the airport, Bus station, train station and more as well as pick up too
They have a web site
