I like the article about the 2-strokes, I can remember the time that the 250cc two-stroke was the premiere division and just about everyone who thought they were anything was riding one of these. A 250cc two-stroke has plenty of power and can handle almost anything. These babies can be left in a taller gear and lugged over and through tight and technical terrain or you can rev the life out of them for a fast-paced and exhilarating ride.

They're basically two-stroke motorcross rockets ships with lights and a slightly more subtle power delivery.

The 250 cc two-strokes are indeed fine bikes. But the times have gone that they've been top-class bikes. A friend of mine still owns one and rides it now and then. Maybe I should borrow it and take a ride myself., has also been a long time since I was sitting on a bike.
