To register a motorbike i have to bring passport/visa and a adress certificate. Today i got a certificate from my houseleaser, anyone know if that is enough or do i have to go get a "real" certificate in the immigration office?

You need a real Address Certificate, from the immigration office or your embassy...

And what do i need to get one of those? Bring the contract/certificate i got today and they will give me a real one?

Bring to the immigration office what you always bring, passport (with valid visa), work-permit, certificate of the house owner...etc. A 30-day stay entry stamp is no visa.
