 Good mechanic wanted

Does anybody know a motorbike shop in or around Pattaya with a good mechanic and the tools to do maintenance on a Yamaha XT250x?
Actually not only maintenance but the bike has a top-speed of 106 instead of the 120 it should go.

So I am not looking for those jerks that de-montage your engine and have the part all over the floor of the shop and who do not replace a parts that should be replaced after opening an enigine. I have the dealer maintenance manual but it is Japanese.
