Yamaha Testing Engineer

Motorcycle testing; riding test, Engine test etc. Good motorcycle riding skill, experience with big bikes is preferred.

Age 22-30 years old, Thai national with a Bachelor Degree in engineering field. Mechanical Engineer is more preferable.

Basic Motorcycle technical knowledge is a must. Experience in QC, motorcycle testing is preferred Good command in English with TOEIC score 500 up.

Having Motorcycle Driving License is required.

Location: 112 Moo 1, Bangna – Trad Road Km. 21, Tombol Srisa Jorake Yai, Bangsothong, Samut Prakarn 10540, Thailand

What's the point in posting here in English forum but the job require thai nationals? as if thai nationals cannot read thai?

Hello Fred, I share your idea, but looking at the amount of hits on this forum thread, now 725 hits compared to the job description foreigners can also apply... receiving only 54 visitors... We can assume that a lot of people are interested.

From a early research we did we know that about 50 percent of our visitors are Thai nationals, and with Yamaha Asia only want to employ workers that speak English language it is not that weird that they publish a job advertising on our website. You often see Thai national only in Thai English newspapers also...

Sure Yamaha Asia well not answer any emails about service manuals for Thai domestic scooters, they not even make them so how they have that information? Also they have a strict policy to not interfere into the Thai domestic market, so all this policies in place they will at best redirect your email to Yamaha Thailand. And Yamaha Thailand has not a very high rate of responding to email
