Apparently, you can buy one now, but I cannot find one after doing a quick search. For the CBR500 WITH NO ABS the price is around 180,000, with ABS add another 15,000, personal preference, I 'll go without, there are 3 models, CBR 500, CB500 AND A CD 500X, half trial/roadbike, and at these prices, its going to knock the second hand market prices of the CB400, AND ABOUT TIME TOO....The engines on the newbys is a twin cylinder, fuel injected affair, I wish they had stuck with the 4 cylinder, but there you go....hope that helps

According to Honda, the CBR500R and CB500F will be available in the first quarter of 2013, personally I think it will be more at the end of the first quarter (March maybe even April). The Honda CB500X will be available from mid 2013 (June/July), but that can change...

The monthly instalments for buying a Honda CBR500R, CB500F or CB500X are almost as high as buying a Nissan March. So I wish Honda success in trying to get the Thai population out of their cars and onto motorcycles.
It's a near scientific fact that a Thai cannot live without a television and air-condition.
