I have the Shark Vision R model and now is second time to service. Wen you open visior the glass scratch paint !

Hi Blasiu 81 ,

No big deal, this helmet comes with a 5 years national Warranty in Thailand, so you can return to your dealer, then he will send it back to the factory for repair.

It is the first time that i hear this problem on a Vision R, and Since January 2011, we did not repair any Vision R in Thailand as i recall, can you tell me where you send your helmet to be repaired the first time ?
