Warokorn Improves Lap Times in Silverstone Race

Thitipong Warokorn finished the British Grand Prix in positive style today and even though his result was a long way outside the points the important thing for the Thai rookie was that he improved his best lap times in the race after a tough weekend of practice.

(27th)“Obviously I can't be happy with this result but the fact we went faster in the race than we managed to in practice is a big positive for us. We have to take this experience on board, learn the lesson and try to improve over the next few races.”
Fausto Gresini “Another race under the belt for Thitipoing, who is learning more and more about how he has to adapt his approach at this level. He needs to work hard on keeping his concentration and building up the kilometres on this bike.”
