The Yamaha Majesty 250 was never “officially” sold by Yamaha Thailand and therefore it's probably as difficult to find spare parts in Thailand as it's finding them in Cambodia.

If our memory serves us correct we think that Yamaha Malaysia sold the Majesty 250 scooter, so try to contact them... They're actually called Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn Bhd, and you can contact them by email
