 Honda CRF250L frame break

I own a 2013 Honda CRF250L and the sub-frame cracked, the wildest thing I ever did is a exploring rural Thailand and while some of the unpaved roads I used where not the easiest to ride I did it never with high speed or dangerous acrobatics...

The Honda dealer told me that it's not a warranty claim
