The Royal Traffic Police was set up in 1993 to address road congestion in Bangkok. There are 100 officers in the special unit, which is charged with helping people in emergency situations trapped in the city's notorious traffic jams. Attending to pregnant women on the verge of giving birth is just one of their many duties. Video by Pornprom Satrabhaya and Kaona Pongpipat.
