I live in the out backs i can get to a city but is there anything good that can get light scratches out on the back of my bike,its where passenger sits ,don't like to think what it will look like in a year

I have seen some car polishing products that can do that. But I have no idea if you can find that up-country. Also you cannot use that sort of polishing products often, as it takes off a minuscule layer of your paint.

Products like this can do wonders, but if the scratches are to deep you make it only worse... For lots of motorcycle colors paint shops supply little cans of paint with the exact color of your motorcycle.

Does your motorcycle have tiny scratches in the paint? Do you wash and wax your motorcycle? only to find that you cannot remove tiny swirls or scratches from your motorcycle's paint? With the right products and the right knowledge, you can easily get rid of those hairline scratches on your bikes surface.

• First, you will want to wash your entire motorcycle. It does not matter if you think your bike is already clean. There are harmful elements in the air and environment that chemically bond to your motorcycle's paint surface. Washing your bike thoroughly will help to remove dust, pollen, and debris from the road.
• Next, you will want to completely dry off your bike. You do not want to begin treating the scratched areas of your bikes surface until it is completely dry. Any soap or water left from the wash could dilute or diminish the effectiveness of the product.
• After the bike has been cleaned and dried, you can apply a high quality car care product, any well respected brand onto the foam applicator pad. Manufacturer's include Mother's, Eagle One, and Turtle Wax. All of these products have the intent to remove: Random, isolated scratches, Cobweb-effect, Buffer swirls, Oxidation, Pore imbedding stains, Chemical etching, Acid rain spots, and Etching from bird droppings
• Apply a dime size amount of the scratch remover on your applicator pad. Rub the product into the scratched area until the area is completely covered. This process is not so much about applying the product and then removing it, it is more about applying the product and working it into the scratches. It will seem that the product is actually "filling in" the hairline scratches, but it is actually removing the top layer of your motorcycle's paint.
• Once you work in the product on the desired areas of your bike's surface, you will want to take a clean and dry terry cloth, ( a baby's clean cloth diaper is ideal), and polish the area with a nice spray wax. Using premium quality applicators and towels insure that you do not inflict any additional scratches back into the paint surface. This will polish the area and really bring out the shine and "mirror-like" qualities in your paint.

thanks will give it a go,got 2 places where my girlfriend sitting on the back with her jeans lifted the paint right of you just see the white underneath went into honda They dont sell the paint,will go down other road for that one.
