The rumors about Sachs Bikes getting back onto the Thai market are getting stronger, to some information I received while visiting Germany was that Sachs Bikes are working on a plan to ship Sachs Bikes from Indonesia to Thailand. Apparently this all should be up and running at the beginning of next year.
If that is true, Thailand will get the latest and best designed Sachs Bikes ever....
The latest model, which will replace the aging X-Road 250, is the ZZ 250.
The Sachs ZZ 250 is together with all the other 250cc models developed with the help of all ASEAN Sachs Bikes distributors and manufacturers. Even Tiger Motor Co. Ltd. contributed to the project by helping to develop the 247cc engine.

Here is also a picture of the 250cc Sachs Roadster, which they likely will call the Sachs ZR 250
The chassis and engine is the same as used in the ZZ 250 and the suspension is a bit tweak to be more suitable for this bike.

Nice looking
Power seems to split between the Honda CBR 150 and 250
Wonder how the pricing will be as well as the fit and finish

In Indonesia, where the Sachs ZZ 250 is already available, it costs 26,900,000 Indonesian Rupiahs (which is about 93,000 THB ). Transport and handling charges per container load I estimate that the Sachs ZZ 250 will cost around 100,000 THB in Thailand.
