Even if they can be used as Bicycle and pedaled?? Remember we are talking less then 50cc "OPTIONAL" petrol power. The main source of power is by pedal (Human Power) David |

Bicycles with supporting engine are called mopeds, and mopeds do need to be registered. And the need to be registered bring the need for road safety testing and exhaust emission testing. |

Wonder why we are seeing Electric Bikes, Electric 3 wheel bikes with no license on road. Some are pretty quick and you have hard time keeping up with them as speed?? David |
