 Modified trike

Hi

I'm looking to either hire or buy a modified trike while i'm in thailand next summer.

I can only use my left hand and left foot, so everything needs to be operated from the left side

I dont mind if it's a bike with a side car set up.....but needs to have 3 wheels due to balance issues.
