You have 40,000 Peso? (what is about 28,000 Bht) That is likely not enough to buy a Kawasaki KLX250, new the KLX250 costs 150,000 Bht (what is about 210,000 Peso). Even secondhand it will be very difficult to find somebody who wants to sell a KLX250 for what you offering.

Also how do you want to get it from Thailand to the Philippines, that will also cost quickly 20 to 30,000 Bht
