I would like to know if there is an international tyre dealer site that ships to italy where I can buy cheap tyres for street motorbyke or retread tyres for off-road training.

Hi, there is a company in my home town of Bunbury in Western Australia that make retread off road motorcycle tyres.
I have personally used these tyres on a 250cc 2stroke husqvarna and a 650cc XR Honda.
They are excellent tyres , great grip and seem to last longer than new tyres, i have never had a knobby come off.

Im not sure if they will export to italy but i see they do export to some other countrys
Contact them and ask, its worth a try.
