Since I will be paying for it and my Thai girl friend will be driving it with and without me, I have talked to a few knowledgeable folk and decided to buy a Yamaha with 125 cc, no more than 135cc. It feels more comfortable(cushy) than some others and has room for two helmets. We live in Pattaya.
What should I pay - is the price fixed or should I shop around? Where should I look ?

Wait a bit more, very soon Honda will introduce the next technology breakthrough in small engine scooters.... The Honda PCX 125i is surely something you could recommend to your g/f.
