Honda CRF250L Performance Confusion

I am a bit confused the Honda dealer I spoke with told me the CRF250L Rally makes 2 horsepower more than the regular CRF250L, But in an article you write that both the CRF250L and CRF250L Rally have the same engine upgrades.

We can understand the confusion, both the 2017 Honda CRF250L and the CRF250L-Rally make 2 Horsepower more than the 2016 Honda CRF250L.

Maybe the Honda dealer you visited had still the 2016 Honda CRF250L on stock, or used the specifications from 2016…
