Yeah, I've had problems @ 1,000 Km's and an oil change rectified the issue, but it's now developing another problem at 4,700. I believe it's the sh!t oil they're putting in these things + typical Thais no forethought/laziness to change the filter @1,000 as specified in the book. Putting it simply take your bike elsewhere than Honda which is a bit sad - probably fix this issue (I'm hoping) bikes over heating and oil foaming all a result of cr@p as well as cheap engine oil. Standard stuff basic engineering lack of lubricant for a wet clutch - Back to basics.
The biggest problem is not that they not change the oil filter, the mechanic at my Bangkok dealer did not even check the valve clearance at the 1000km scheduled service.
