I love the pictures, I bet lots of people want to know more about the Honda Zoomer-X bore-up kit. As the 110cc standard engine size is for a lot of people not powerful enough.

So please tell us, what brand name, where you buy it, how much it cost and how easy or difficult it's to bolt it on...

It would mean going from 50mm bore to 59mm. I am thinking not without machining the casing.

I wonder what the biggest size one can go to without machining the casings.

The big valve head is the key. Most other things are easy-ish.

I have to agree, with Flying Squirrel that most manufacturers of quality bore-up kits offer nothing over 126cc. And if I look at the lower base casket of the biggest 126cc bore-up for the Honda Zoomer-X I can already see that they stretch it to the maximum.

From your picture of 126 which is 54mm it doesn't look like the extra 5mm increase is possible?

I had the same idea, I cannot imagine how they can increase a 5mm??? 5mm is to small the re-drill mounting holes also...???
