I believe that you can buy a unlimited CDI for the Keeway RKV200, with this the engine can rev much higher with the end result of a higher speed.
Of course with a aftermarket exhaust system and a less restricted air-filter you can already get a bit better results.
The best results you get if you replace the CDI with a unlimited version and the camshafts for a sporty one... Also a bigger carburetor will probably be needed to get real good results.

another one of part for rkv200, their spocket only have 13 for front and 40 for rear? or can use another spocket from any motocycle?

The problem with the Keeway RKV200 is that it comes with 3-years warranty, that means that most people will not modify the motorcycle as they do not want to lose the warranty...
By changing the CDI you will loose the warranty on the motorcycle.
But if you serious about wanting more performance from your Keeway RKV200 you can search the internet for an aftermarket CDI and you probably find one....
