The problem in Thailand, and probably in many other countries, is that accessories for small scooters or motorcycles are often not that practical, they most of the time only look good.
Second writing an email in English to a Thai company to complain about a product will most of the time be ignored.
I not know X-Speed in Bangkok, but in Pattaya they're one of the better shops I like to buy my stuff there

I am new to this forum and would like to let you all come to an info that you do not lose your money to the wrong shop. I bought my X-Speed BKK a windshield for my PCX. Unfortunately, this windshield is a wind sail and is something of unstable, so that's just a shimmy to notice when driving. Also Mehere write to X-speed remained unanswered without any response. Better you looks at other stores for better parts than X-SPEED BKK
