The Suzuki RC100 is equipped with a two-stroke engine, which can easily be modified to perform better. The principal is to make the intake and exhaust bigger, and make the air-intake easier by using a less restrictive airfilter, the same applies to the exhaust pipe.
With a two-stroke exhaust pipe it's best to not simply open the pipe like you would do with a four-stroke engine. The best overall performance you get with a so-called expansion-pipe (see attachment).
Another modification that you can do is to increase the compression ratio of the combustion chamber, you can do this by placing the cylinder head on a class plate (or another super flat surface) with very fine sandpaper, and rube it slowly.... Be careful not to take to much of the cylinder head... Often halve a millimeter is already a lot....

Is it best to use wet or dry? To sand. What grade paper would you use? 120... 600... 1000... 1500?
Also what would happen if I add longer intake between engine and carb? I want to turn Carb intake to right side of bike.

The finer the sand paper the better. And not forget that is quickly to much…
The length of the intake for a combustion engine is very important, if to long the fuel/air mix would not reach the cylinder in time. If too short the fuel/air mix could be too turbulent to fill the cylinder at an optimum rate.
David your chopper already has a 'stock' black expansion chamber. At the low revs you want to run at the best bet for you would be reed valve intake which you know from Suzukisavage.com. I thought your name rang a bell
Two strokes have quite low compression ratios so don't take more than 1mm off the head. Then you have to check the piston doesn't touch the head. This should be done first with some modelling clay from 7-11. put a piece ontop of one side of the piston, replace the head and turn the engine over once. Then measure the modeling clay . If is is more than 2mm thick you can safely remove 1mm from the head.
Need to get more hi-tech? You'll need a porting job.
Best bet for you would be to replace the Suzuki stroker with a Wave 125 engine. The Wave's cylinder is almost horizontal just like the RC110
Which you could probably expand to 140cc and easily up to 164cc and even 183 or 212cc This would give you more grunt at lower rpm's?
The Wave 125 is the same basis as the Honda MSX125 or Honda Grom if that helps you to look for the potential?
