Hello,

I am in Pattaya now I am looking for a wheel block as pictured to load my motorbikes (Honda Spacy 110) in my pick-up.

Who know a shop in Pattaya or Bangkok where I can find this product ?

I once saw wheel blocks at a bicycle shop, the Honda Spacy-I is not a big bike so something what works for a mountain-bike will likely also work for a small scooter... Most of that stuff is anyway made to serve as much people as it can so if I was you I would extent my search and include some bicycle shops.
