Yes, we have a service manual for the 2011 All-New Honda CBR150R (PGM-FI version), downside is it's all in Thai language and the file size is near 40mb...

You can use the 'old' Honda CBR150R service manual, most of the specifications did not change, the only major change is the fuel-injection and without specific tools and electronic interfaces you cannot fiddle with the PGM-FI (fuel-injection) system.
