Thanks News. Thai motorcycle forums have been guessing the release date for a number of weeks now so it's nice to have it actually confirmed. I think the price is very reasonable and reviews in the English language motorcycle media are very positive too.
Finally! damn, I didn't expect them to launch it this year...
Now, Honda, you better get ready with the CBR300
Quote by: BobWhat tyres does Kawasaki use for the Ninja 300?
The tires on the Kawasaki Ninja 300 are Thai-made IRC Road Winner, the best thing that can be said for them is that they're easily replaced. Okay that is maybe to negative, they offer a good amount of durability. But because of hard compound the tire has less grip that some of the aftermarket dual-compound or multi-compound tires.
It's been recalled!
"Kawasaki had already issued a recall in Japan for ABS-equipped versions of the 2013 Ninja 250, so it was no surprise that the 300, which uses nearly all of the same parts, would fall victim to the recall as well. The Ninja 300 joins the 250, the Suzuki Hayabusa (in Canada) and the Honda CTX700 and CTX700N in being affected by the Nissin ABS problem."
