You can find Continental Motorcycle tires at a showroom in Bangkok, best to call 02-224-2490 and ask for Mr. Pinid. (Thai language is probably best).

They have the Continental ContiSport Attack 2 in several sizes on stock...

If I'm correct the Honda CBR250R has an 110/70-17 front tire and a 140/70-17 rear tire. For Continental the front tire is no problem, but the ContiSport Attack 2 starts with a 150/70-17 so you have to check if a sightly bigger tire would fit on the CBR250R rim...

I'm pretty sure that the Thai distributor of Continental motorcycle tires also sell scooter tires, as I have seen a few scooters at the location...

If you want to know for sure, call them 02-224-2490 (probably in Thai for best result).
