The only way to get a good English service manual for the latest Honda Wave 125i is buying the Hayes Honda Anf125 Innova Service and Repair Manual.

You can buy them from Amazon for around US$ 30 Honda Anf125 Innova Service and Repair Manual (Service & Repair Manual)
