According to sources Yamaha Thailand willl soon official launch the Yamaha EC03 scooter on the Thai market.

Here some of the specifications:

Yamaha EC03 Electric scooter with Electrical AC Synchronous Motor, maximum power 1.88 horsepower @ 2550rpm, with a maximum torque of 9.60Nm 280rpm.

Maximum speed about 45km/h.

Aluminum frame with telescopic front forks and rear swing arm suspension. Front and rear drum brakes and 60/100-R12 front and rear tires.

The complete scooter including charger and battery is 56kg. (the battery is a Lithium-Ion battery).

Seat height 745mm if adjustable, lowest setting.

HxLxW (990mm X 1565mm X 600mm) with a ground clearance of 110mm.
