I trusted my girlfriend when she told me she had taken the bike in for a service. but yesterday she called me and told me the motorbike has just broken down...

When i got to the motorbike shop they told me the bike had no engine oil..

The bike is a Suzuki Step about 5or 6 years old

So my Question is :

WHAT DO YOU THINK IT WILL COST TO FIX ???

OR SHOULD I JUST BUY A NEW ONE ????

It's hard to tell what or how big the problem is with the engine, but what I can say is that the Suzuki Step is a bullet proof engine, and I would surely pay a mechanic to split the engine to see what the problem is. One time one of our messenger delivery boys had lost his oil nut and had done a good amount of kilometers before he realized the engine got to hot.

The damage was a bearing of about 90 THB, basically the gaskets and labor cost where more expensive...
