I seem to have clutch issues with my 250cc motorbike, I don't think I'm abusing it. I change the oil at regular intervals with 100 percent synthetic oil. What is the fix?

Knowing which motorcycle you have would be helpful, but, we can say some motorcycles seem to not like synthetic clutch oil.

Some synthetic oil for cars have friction modifiers that wet clutches don't like. Synthetic oil for trucks sometimes doesn't have these like Shell Rotella/Rimula depending where you are.

JASO rating for bikes is MA

As it is a Yamaha you can't go wrong with Yamalube 4R
