Buying a popular secondhand model like the Kawasaki Ninja 250R is always difficult. I not so long ago spoke with a Kawasaki dealer who told me that secondhand Ninja 250R's, which where bought back from customers who wanted some bigger motorcycle, are being sold within the same day they come available.
My advice therefore is contact some Kawasaki dealers and tell them you're interested in a secondhand 250R, and if they can contact you when one comes available...

Brand New 2011 Ninja 250R, (brought this the first day it arrived at Rama9 branch) with brand new Black carbon yoshimura exhaust (cost 25000baht), it has 3000km on the clock, green book and fully insured (10000baht) till next Oct, the bike is in perfect condition, properly broke in engine. im selling this because i would like a bigger bike. serious buyers only, and at this set price.

The only Kawasaki Ninja 250R I can find on bahtsold.com is already sold???
If u search for "ninja 250" u should se 3-4 250's including his, which is at 145k baht.
