Yes, Vespa is official available and distributed in Thailand.

I'm not 100% sure but I think that the prices where;

LX150 ie: 99,000 บาท
GTS 250 ie : 285,000 บาท
GTS 300 Super ie: 310,000 บาท
GTV 250 ie: 325,000 บาท
