I not hear much about problems with motorcycle dealers selling smaller engine motorcycles. Some problems, what can happen is that the dealer is not a official Honda dealer and buys its Honda bikes by one of the bigger Honda dealers in the neighborhood.
Still, if the price is good... And you get enough freebies....I not see a problem
