The Yamaha Resonator 125 - Retro-Classic Concept

According to Yamaha the Resonator 125 is a concept of an authentic retro-sport motorcycle for young people who have not yet discovered the joys of motorcycling. Of course the description is for a global market as in Thailand everybody from a very young age knows how important a motorcycle is.

The Yamaha Resonator 125 combines elements of the near future with nostalgic retro touches such as wood panels. And other distinct classic design that clearly gets its inspiration from 60's cafe-racer styling.

The result is an air-cooled 125cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke motorcycle that seeks to inspire young people. The spoke wheels with black rims and front and rear hydraulic disc brakes look stunning. The bike is equipped with YMJet-FI fuel injection that is disguised as a classic carburetor, the exhaust system is also equipped with a catalytic converter to keep exhaust emissions well below requirements.

It looks great and if Yamaha decided to turn the Yamaha Resonator 125 concept into reality we think it would sell quite nicely.
