Work for the Most Advanced Thai Automotive Company
Our engine building style/technique could be called a triumph of all modification wishful thinking and talent. For all to make this clear we have to go back about 20-years, and keep an open mind.
My dad was a engine engineer who was involved in the design and the development of fastest 50cc motorcycle in his age, not let the engine size foul you, as the speed record was around 225km/h and well within the acceleration of a modern twin cylinder 650cc... but that is all history...
I personally moved our European based company to Thailand, and we develop engines here, and to date for more than ten years. We had our up and our downs, but since a few years we make the engines that are used by the top 10 automotive manufactures, in this case I not say we only produce motorcycle parts/engines we also manufacture the parts and engines for the Germans biggest 4-wheel contender in the 2014 Dakar Rally.
So where does does it start to qualify to work for our company? We have one job opening and we only have a few simple requirements... The first is that you're willing to learn and and willing to forget any previous CNC, or any manufacturing experience... as we work with machinery that often purpose build and unique... 99 percent of or staff has a high percentage of abstract and creative thinking ... something we motivate... the 1% who not has that capability is probably our accountant...
The machinery you will be working with is the latest and the most expensive stuff humanly possible, think of it NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) is one of the 5 only companies/agencies in the world that use similar machines/technology.... Our average tolerance is overall less than than the Americans used to production of the spaceshuttle....
Who can a actually apply for this job? We not really care... the income “after training” is well in excess of the need to support living in Thailand. But not forget we demand absolute dedication to the company idea... Send you resume to :hr@corp.motorcycle.in.th
