The 2017 Kawasaki Verys-X 300 - 300cc Adventure-Touring Motorcycle

The people at Kawasaki are holding their breath for the new Kawasaki Versys-X 300, due in Thailand very soon. The marketing manager of Kawasaki Thailand became very animated when the Kawasaki Versys-X 300 was mentioned in a recent conversation.

‘Essentially the Kawasaki Versys-X 300 will create a new motorcycle category,’ said the Thai Kawasaki marketing manager. ‘It’s just under 300cc, and it’s an adventure-touring style motorcycle. There’s not much in the market in that space at this time. All the feedback we received, especially when the motorcycle was unveiled, has been very positive. There’s a lot of excitement about the Kawasaki Versys-X 300.

‘There will be a huge range of genuine accessories available that will suit the adventure-touring sector, we’re confident the Kawasaki Versys-X 300 will be offered at a competitive price point, and we think the Versys-X 300 will take off in Thailand.

‘It’s 295cc, six-speed gearbox, has an extremely light clutch, has heat-management technology to disperse heat away from the rider, long-travel suspension, a gear-position indicator, and although the seat height is quite low, the Kawasaki Verys-X 300 looks like a much larger motorcycle.

‘It all makes the Kawasaki Versys-X very appealing to beginners and new adventure riders. The Kawasaki Versys-X will be sold for 199,000 THB by authorized Kawasaki dealers.
