The New Rev'It Tornado 2 Jacket and Trousers

Rev’It has revamped its popular textile warm-weather riding suit to create the Rev’It Tornado 2. The Rev’It Tornado 2 textile suit is made from a selection of different tough textiles in the most likely impact zones, with 1000-denier shell in the main areas and also 750-denier mesh panels to allow fresh cool air to get in or out when you ride in the highest weather Thailand can through at you.

The Rev’It Tornado 2 textile jacket and trousers are both equipped with Rev’It highly flexible Seeflex armor, which is still protective enough to be rated to the higher of the two CE approval levels available. Thinner Seesmart Level one armor is included at the hips, which is both welcome and a rarity in motorcycle trousers. There’s no back protector fitted as standard, but there’s a pocket that will accommodate Rev’It’s optional upgrade armor.

The outer is heavily vented to keep the rider cool, but both jacket and trousers come with a combined thermal and waterproof, breathable lining to keep out the chill and rain when required.
The jacket has also been revamped to make it compatible with Rev’It’s Challenger cooling vest for use in even hotter temperatures, the company’s high-viz attachment vest and its Strapper braces.

As with much of the Rev’It range, the Tornado 2 trousers are available in a range of leg lengths, which helps ensure the knee armor will stay in the right place. The jacket comes in black, silver, neon yellow or khaki and the trousers are available in black or silver. Rev’It has a male and female version available…
