Kawasaki Ninja ZX14R 30th Anniversary Bike
To celebrate 30 years of the Ninja, Kawasaki debuted this limited-edition Kawasaki ZX14R at the Laguna Seca round of the World Superbike Championship earlier this year. Appearing as a 2015 mode, keen observers will note the 30th Anniversary Ninja lands 31 years after the Kawasaki Ninja 900 debuted in 1984, but the spirit is what's important.And so is the paint. After searching for color schemes, the Kawasaki development team settled on the same Firecracker Red and Metallic Graystone two-tone combination as the original Kawasaki Ninja 900, with gold pinstriping and brake calipers to make it pop.
There won't be any added pop from the basic motorcycle underneath that paint – mechanically nothing changes – but fortunately, a stock Kawasaki ZX14R isn't shy on power.
You won't see them on dealership floors because Kawasaki will sell this motorcycle on a kind of special order basis. Dealers won't stock them. If you want one, you could try to contact your nearest Kawasaki dealer so he can order one...
