French Peugeot Joins Moto3 in 2016

It's no secret that Peugeot Scooters is owned by Indian Mahindra and with the active involvement of Mahindra Racing, Peugeot will be joining the 2016 Moto3 racing grid. Yes, this is the same Peugeot as the French car manufacturer...

The Peugeot Moto3 Racing team was formally launched a few weeks back in Italy with 28-year-old Frenchman Alexis Masbou and 21-year-old Scotsman John McPhee announced as the two riders who will lead the French charge on the Moto3 racing grid.

The team, officially known as Peugeot Saxoprint Racing Team, will be managed by Terell B Thien.
The Peugeot MGP3O will share its mechanical DNA with the Mahindra Racing bikes on the grid, but Peugeot Motorcycles will contest the series as a Constructor in its own right. The addition of the two Peugeot racers further underlines the growing presence of Mahindra in international motorcycle racing. The only Indian constructor in MotoGP will continue to run programs in the CEV Moto3 Junior World Championship and the Italian CIV series.Tag: Peugeot Moto3 MotoGP Racing 250cc Mahindra Business Alexis Masbou John McPhee Terell B Thien Peugeot Saxoprint Racing
