The 2014 Yamaha YZF-R1 and YZF-R6 Unvieled
Yamaha have taken the wraps off their new offerings for the global market – the 2014 Yamaha YZF-R1 and YZF-R6 motorcycles. The new Yamaha YZF-R1 'Race Blu' is quite an attractive design spotting a stunning matte black and shiny blue paint. The 2014 Yamaha YZF-R1 made its debut at Silverstone during the British MotoGP and Yamaha officials had claimed that this special livery had been based on the factory Yamaha racing team colors.On the othet hand, the 2014 Yamaha YZF-R6 (not anymore officially available in Thailand) features an all-new GP-style titanium muffler along with magnesium engine covers and rear sub-frame in order to make the YZF-R6 lighter than its previous versions.
The new Yamaha YZF-R6 also features multiple tweaks and engineering ideas, sourced from Yamaha's state-of-the-art GP racing program and implemented at street level to offer even better preformance.
The price of the new 2014 Yamaha YZF-R1 has not yet been revealed, while the new Yamaha YZF-R6 is not officially available in Thailand
