The 2014 Suzuki Thailand Big Bike Line-Up
The additions to the Suzuki new 2014 line-up are known, as Suzuki Thailand introduced several new models to it dealer network. With exception of the earlier introduced Suzuki V-Strom 650 two more big bike models will be added to the line-up.The first is the Suzuki Inazuma GW250, the only upright naked 250 sportsbike available in Thailand, the new Suzuki Inazuma GW250 is a fairly sophisticated motorcycle. The liquid-cooled parallel twin engine is fuel-injected and counterbalanced, and the slightly undersquare configuration suggests a torquey engine that will make it very useful in urban settings and in tight traffic. The 182 kilogram curb weight and the 787mm seat height, along with the comfortable ergonomics, means this Suzuki Inazuma GW250 will be welcoming to entry-level big bike riders.
The Suzuki Gladius will also be introduced on the Thai market to do battle head on with the Kawasaki ER6N. The Suzuki Gladius SFV650 featuring a engine based on the 90-degree V-twin liquid-cooled 645cc engine that made Suzuki 650cc line-up worldwide so popular, Suzuki is giving it the chance in the Thai competitive market, with monotone color and with Dual Throttle Valve fuel injection. Twin front discs and 25 degree of rake speak to the sportiness of the Suzuki Gladius SFV650, and acceleration will be aiding by new 2014 cam profiles. An oval throttle pulley is designed to aid in smooth low-rpm/mid-range power delivery.
Of course Suzuki will also be selling the GSX-R1000, which doesn't get any upgrades this year. But it's rumored that Suzuki will introduce a more competitive pricing.
