Anyone know specs and or model number on the stock Keihin fuel pump fitted on 2010 fuel injection Ninja 250R? Trying to find out line pressure, flow rate, and amp draw for a specialty type 250R project.

About the 2010 Kawasaki fuel-pump...

Fuel Pressure, in the High Pressure Line is 294 kPa (3.0 kgf/cm², 43 psi) with engine idling. The Fuel Pump Discharge is 17 mL or more for 3 seconds. I currently have no idea how much the fuel-pump amp draw is from the electrical system, but the whole fuel-pump circuit is secured by a 30A fuse.

The stock fuel injectors for the Kawasaki Ninja 250R are two INP-288, fine atomizing - 8 holes, type injectors. Resistance of the injectors is about 11.7 ∼ 12.3 Ω at 20°C.

Kawasaki doesn't support maintenance on the fuel-pump, if fuel-pressure drops below acceptable tolerated level, Kawasaki recommends replacing the fuel-pump.

Additional to the above information, hoses from the fuel pump need to be replaced every 4-years, and needless to say need to be able to handle more then 43 psi. The Fuel-Pump bolts need to be tightened at 9.8 N-m (1.0 Kgf-m).

Is there a fuel pressure regulator in 2010 250R fuel injection system? Where?

The fuel pressure regulator is integrated into the Kawasaki Ninja 250R's fuel-pump, we have no schematics of this as Kawasaki doesn't support service on the fuel-pump. If fuel-pressure drops under the needed pressure, specified before, you should replace the fuel-pump.
