I have a Suzuki motorcycle and went to put on some new grips. My problem is tha the throttle side won't come off. Is there a special tool for this?

Well, DDX, you're in luck. I have removed the grips from a Suzuki a few times and it is ugly. Suzuki, due to liability concerns uses a concoction that just about welds the grip to the throttle pipe. If I have time, I'll chuck it up in a lathe and turn it down, but I've also used elbow grease and a sharp cutter to fillet the offending rubber off the tube. It's a pain, it's ugly and it takes time, but it works.
