Looking for Country Manager - Thailand- Bangkok for one of the leading Automobile

Job responsibilities - Responsible for Thailand business operation, create and manage channel (dealer) partner network, driving the retail sales , demand generation, sales & service network coverage , customer satisfaction through dealership excellence process & working close to dealerships for developing the market for the organization.

Online / Digital campaign for brand promotion guidance to dealerships
Mapping the service requirement & expand the reach and Lay down the policy on appointment, operational guidelines, guidance to the dealer.

Collaborate with Internal & External stakeholders- such as Marketing & Gears,Customers, marketing agencies, riding clubs , rider group Etc.

Desired Competencies - Essential – BE Degree/ MBA 10 -15 years of experience with minimum 5-6 years of heading the retail and distribution in the automobile/motorcycle industry.

Experience on handling country wide dealer sales & service network.

Able to handle Large Teams.
