I’m looking for several new Honda CRF250R bikes, the bikes need to be modified for desert rally and our contact person at Honda Asia recommended we contacted you.

I doubt that anybody from Honda Asia instructed you to contact us by using this public forum. The official sales contact in Thailand for the Honda CRF250R is APHonda with its Honda Bigwing dealers.
