Dear Sir,

I bought 2 year ago a new Honda zoomer x

Ii's NEVER out in rain, it is stored in rain free storage.

The steering frame is rusting now !!!!! Is that normal ????

Might be stored rain free but it is very humid in the tropics. If you live within 25kms of the coast say places like Pattaya, Phuket, Hua Hin there is salt in the air. Most guys give their bikes a good squirting of WD-40 every now and again.
